Senior care ~ End-of-Life Care for Dying Naturally at Home
Home Euthanasia ~ After-care Services
I am particularly fond of working with senior animals. They often manifest physical or behavioral changes. Acupuncture, homeopathy, herbal medicines, other medications can support their life force to move in a curative direction and seem to reduce their years. Neuro-muscular integration (a manual therapy I developed based upon my studies of chiropractic, osteopathy, and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais) has proven particularly valuable for enhancing the movement of our senior friends. As our animal companions increasingly manifest advanced age, or perhaps they encounter unexpected health difficulties, they may not be able to heal, but their life force may respond beautifully to palliative care to increase their comfort and quality of life.
Eventually, owners often wonder whether it is best to attend their dying pet with humane, palliative care throughout its natural dying process at home, or to humanely euthanize their animal companion. The answer, of course, depends on circumstances that for each pet and owner will be different, and may change over time. I will listen to you, your beliefs, concerns, and fears, and do my best to compassionately, respectfully and skillfully help you come to the wisest decision for you and the pet you love. I also can assist you with your concerns regarding after care services.
